In line with the rhythms of winter season while the hedgerows hibernated and the trees slowed down…we start to ‘look within’ contemplating this time of quietness, gathering thoughts and energy alongside the plants who are gathering energy for new beginnings. We worked with medicinal herbs considering what herbs we might want to grow in our gardens for our own and our loved ones health, we started to build a picture of ‘First Aid’. The Seed Sistas as well as being medical herbalists have been working alongside the herbs in this intuitive and sensory way for decades, we know and trust them implicitly, it was a brilliant weekend full of love and laughter, while being held in the arms and nourished by the magical land at Roots to the Moon.
