Our chickens are bred for their super size and super delicious flavour. They are slow growing and have been having a happy life, roaming free range in our woodland, foraging on natural vegetation, scratching up wild bugs and grubs with the addition of golden Biodynamic Oats grown by longstanding Biodynamic Farmer Leo Brockman in Kent.

Our succulent lamb roasts, crossed between Dutch Spotted and Jacob breeds, these spotty brown and white sheep, love to be free to frolic in their free range pastures, ensuring the highest welfare. Being both Biodynamic and Organic, they are not only chemical free but have the added vitality of Biodynamic preps and the magic of the moon!

Beef is currently farmed by the amazing Biodynamic/Organic Farmer Leo Brockman, Joanna is an Organic and Biodynamic Inspector for the Biodynamic Association and so inspects Leo’s farm, she has seen these cows in the field and can ensure they are kept to the highest of welfare standards. Ours coming soon too…
