What wastes my energy and what brings me vitality and lifeforce?
How do I heal my wounds and move forward?
How are my guides? Can I access them?
This Journey Circle is for helping us to help ourselves, we can gain valuable support from the Spirit world, from Source our spirit guides and our ancestors that will help us move forward in ways we never dreamed of ourselves, find out how to deepen this process and integrate it into your life. How to understand what we really want/need and how to heal the blockages that prevent us from doing so.
