The Art of Fermenting! with Gutterly Good
June 28 @ 10:00 am – 1:00 pm
Fermentation Workshop with Gutterly Good
Learn the skills skills and confidence to ferment safely and successfully at home.
Why Ferment? The Science Behind Sauerkraut & Water Kefir
Sauerkraut is rich in probiotics, enzymes, and vitamins that support digestion, immunity, and nutrient absorption. Fermentation boosts vitamin C and K2 while producing lactic acid bacteria that balance gut health, reduce inflammation, and support mental well-being. Its natural prebiotics also nourish beneficial gut bacteria.
Water kefir is a probiotic-packed, dairy-free drink that aids digestion, strengthens immunity, and may help regulate blood sugar. It’s also a fun, natural way to craft your own healthy, fizzy beverages—full of B vitamins, organic acids, and gut-loving microbes
