Community Garden (Celebration and Lunch) – Sat 12th Oct
October 12 @ 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
As the community garden draws to a close (end of October) we invite you to come and join us for a social get together, there will be a lunch provided but you are welcome to bring something to share too. The summer project was a pilot funded by FiPL, we have learned and laughed together, we have grown, weeded (a lot) and connected. Victoria and I have some exciting plans for the future, including the creation of a medicinal herb garden along with some herbal medicine workshops, the addition of a bee colony and community bee keeping and of course the development of the Biodynamic teaching, but we want to hear your ideas too.
If you haven’t managed to make it yet, you are still more than welcome to come and join us, we want to hear what you would like to happen next year…

Please note, we are not paid a lot for our time and many days are unpaid for us, we don’t have funding for any core costs such as management, admin, consumables, composts, woodchip, land, infrastructure, refreshments, utilities etc, so please bear this in mind. You are asked to bring a small cash contribution towards coffee/teas/biscuits.
This is a pilot project to see how it goes and what is possible for the future, this is also our home and a working farm, so please do not bring dogs with you as we have two of our own and also have livestock
